While the majority of orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any ground freight/LTL shipments. LTL items, particularly large tables are shipped on pallets requiring additional time for delivery.

Warranty Questions
Labor and installation costs will not be covered by Escalade Sports.

Escalade Sports Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from Escalade Sports, you may return it within 30-days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange it for the same item. Escalade Sports will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges if those apply) to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be the purchasers expense. Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30-day post purchase period has expired.
This policy applies on items purchased from escaladsports.com only and does not apply to Escalade Sports products purchased through other retailers.
Escalade Sports has a no return policy on all part orders. All part orders are final.
Installation
No, Escalade Sports does not have any installers or repairmen. We do recommend Jez Enterprise and Go Configure for installation on many of our products.

Pickleball
There is a one year warranty period for pickleball paddles.
Table Tennis
No, indoor tables have to be inside a climate controlled area. If you put your indoor table outside in a garage, the temperature in the garage will change causing condensation on the table. Condensation will warp the table and could cause the table to rust. Putting a cover on the table will also cause the table to warp or blister because the cover traps the moisture in the table.

Yes, there is supposed to be a 1/2 inch gap in between the two table halves. This is to prevent damage from the two table halves hitting against each other and to allow the table to fold up.

No, we do not sell the table top halves separately. The cost to ship out a replacement half is about the same cost as it would be to get a new table.
You should clean your table with only a slightly damp cloth. No soap or cleaning agent, just water. Be careful not to leave any puddles of water on the top of the table.
Yes, we do! We have them in the colors of: white, black, blue and dark green. They are $19.43 each plus shipping and handling.
Billiards
For a 6 foot table the reccomended room size is 12' x 15'.
For a 7 foot table the reccomended room size is 12'6" x 15'.
For an 8 foot table the reccomended room size is 13' x 17'.
Dimensions are based on the use of a regulation 57-inch cue stick.
Slate is a rock. Slatron is a man made product constructed from resin-reinforced wood fibers. Slatron has a glass-smooth playing surface that is 20 times more dense than particleboard. Both products are 3/4" thick and cut identically.
Check that your ball return system is installed correctly. 90% of the time, a tube is installed incorrectly.
If everything is installed correctly, check to see where the ball is getting stuck. If you can pinpoint where the ball is getting stuck, take the tube out and make sure there is nothing inside the tube that is blocking the path.

Game Room
We recommend cleaning the table top with a damp cloth only. Chemicals may harm the finish or the table top surface. If you would like to make the surface "smoother", we recommend you spray a furniture polish on a separate cloth, turn the blower motor on, and wipe the table down with the cloth.
If all the electronics are working properly but your shootout isn't keeping score whenever a ball goes through the hoop, you will need to replace your mechanical scoring arm. To order this part, please call us at 1-800-467-1421 and have the model/item number of your shootout ready. The model/item number can be found on the back of the backboard.
Goalrilla
For safety purposes, we recommend you have at least three capable persons to assist you.
The anchor system is set in concrete on Day 1 and requires at least 72 hours to cure. We recommend erecting your system on Day 5 to ensure the superior rock-solid performance for which Goalrilla is famous.
Yes. The rugged concrete and rebar Goalrilla Anchor System has a leveling feature that bolts the Goalrilla to the ground. As a result, a Goalrilla pole, backboard and goal can be completely removed and taken with you when you move, if you wish. A trained Goalrilla installer should be involved in the removal of your system.
There are only three things to keep in mind with regard to maintenance:
The backboard: to clean the backboard, rinse the board with lukewarm water, wash gently with a 100% cotton soft cloth and a glass cleaner. Rinse again with lukewarm water and dry with a 100% cotton soft cloth.
The pole base: Keep organic materials away from pole base. As with all metals, grass and grass clippings, organic garbage and litter can cause corrosion if the metal finish is penetrated.
Rust: If rust should appear on the pole, remove loose paint, sand lightly, prime, and paint with exterior enamel paint. If rust has penetrated through the steel anywhere, replace the pole immediately.
Darting

No liquids should ever come into contact with the surface of a bristle dartboard, as this could damage the board and decrease its lifespan.
Outdoor Games
Yes, you can wash your bags but not in a washing machine. We recommend using a wet rag with warm water and mild detergent to wipe down the bags. Do NOT soak the bags in water or get them completely wet.
